Standard ERPs don't understand
the last mile.

If you work with Amazon, DPD, Hermes or GLS, you live with 200 small quirks that no off-the-shelf product ever planned for. PS1 wasn't born out of a procurement backlog, but out of real shifts in real depots. What gets in the way every day isn't missing. What nobody needs isn't there either.

Routes in real time

Live status, delays, stops per driver, all in one view instead of five Excel tabs.

Staff & drivers

Licence, training, holiday, sick leave, payroll master data, audit-proof and visible in dispatch.

Fleet & damage

Inspections, services, damage files, fuel cards, telematics, no tangle of three separate tools.

Billing & payroll

Shifts, stops, bonuses, exported ready for payroll. Your accountant gets checked data.

Site KPIs

Scores, complaints, stop performance, ready to analyse every day, without Excel pivots.

Driver app

Route onto the phone, POD and photo back, straight into the ERP, with no media breaks.

Both models.
In the same system.

Whether your site runs on DSP 1.0 today, has already moved to DSP 2.0 or is right in the middle of the switch, PS1 carries both in parallel. Route data, scores, rate cards and billing all know the difference.

DSP_1_0

Classic DSP model

Familiar structures, established routes, a known rate card. PS1 carries them forward without forcing you to change your processes.

  • Route import & reconciliation automated
  • Driver assignment with suggestion logic
  • Scores & KPI analysis
  • Rate card configurable per site
DSP_2_0

New contract & route model

New structures, new KPIs, new billing. PS1 is ready for DSP 2.0 and supports a clean transition from DSP 1.0.

  • New route and contract types supported
  • Migration path from 1.0 prepared
  • Score and KPI structures 2.0-compliant
  • Mixed 1.0 / 2.0 operation possible at the same site

Parcel jobs in the
same tool.

Amazon is only part of reality. PS1 carries DPD partner routes, Hermes districts, GLS jobs, and your own direct customers, when a site does more than just Amazon.

One cockpit.
Every client.

Amazon Logistics

DSP 1.0 & 2.0, route import, driver assignment, KPI overview, rate card, scores, end-of-day close.

DPD

Partner routes, stop data, status tracking, complaint files and billing in the DPD scheme.

Hermes

District- and stop-based pay models, mapped cleanly, analysable by driver and period.

GLS · UPS · FedEx

Ready to connect as soon as it pays off. Modular and extendable, we know what matters with interfaces.

Your own direct customers

Pharma, food, B2B routes with their own pricing logic, time windows, temperature, POD photo.

Mixed operation

If you run several clients under one roof, you finally see everything in one view, site, shift, driver.

From first call
to live operation.

Week 1 · Review

Site & setup

One day on site. Looking at routes, contracts, workflows. Honestly checking whether PS1 really fits.

Weeks 2–4 · Setup

Tenant & master data

Create tenants, import master data, connect interfaces to Amazon, parcel carriers and payroll.

Weeks 5–6 · Pilot

Pilot site live

One site, one shift. We support the pilot and fix whatever doesn't fit.

From week 7 · Scale

Rollout & training

More sites, more clients, training for dispatch and administration.

What logistics operators
ask most often.

Does PS1 support DSP 1.0 and 2.0?
Yes. PS1 carries both models in parallel and supports the switch from 1.0 to 2.0. Sites with a mixed setup work side by side, we mirror in the respective structures.
Can we run Amazon, DPD and Hermes side by side?
That's exactly what PS1 is built for. Routes, pay and reporting are kept separate per client, while operations stay in one view.
How does payroll preparation work?
PS1 collects shifts, stops, bonuses and special cases. Export for DATEV, Lexware or other payroll systems. Your accountant receives checked data instead of Excel lists.
Cloud or on-premise?
The standard is operation in a German data centre. On request we install PS1 on your own infrastructure, GDPR-compliant in both cases.
Is there a driver app?
Yes, optional. Route and stops onto the phone, POD and photo back into the ERP. More under Mobile Apps.
What does PS1 cost?
A one-off setup fee plus a predictable monthly charge per site and module. A concrete figure after a short site review, broken down transparently.
Can we add our own requirements?
Yes. PS1 is a product, but not a closed system. We add your own modules, reports or interfaces on request.
How long does it take to get started?
Typically 4–8 weeks to the first pilot site, depending on size and interfaces. Larger rollouts in stages, so operations never stall.
