Where does the AI run?
Both are possible. By default, it runs in a controlled environment in Germany. On request, we install the AI core on-premise within your infrastructure, see On-premise AI for business.
What happens to our data?
Your data stays your data. Nothing goes to public cloud models unless that is expressly agreed. Audit trail, multi-tenancy and granular permissions are part of the architecture.
Can we connect SHFT to our existing software?
Yes. SHFT is built for integration: DATEV/Lexware, Outlook, Teams, common DMS and web shops are ready to go. We connect your own systems via REST or webhooks.
Does the AI learn from our data?
Yes, but in a controlled way. SHFT improves its suggestions based on your confirmations, within your tenant. No training on your data for other customers.
What if the AI makes wrong suggestions?
Every recommendation is traceable, with source and rationale, and can be discarded or corrected. Critical processes always pass through human confirmation.
How long does a SHFT rollout take?
Typically 6–12 weeks to the first productive use case. After that, SHFT is extended step by step with further modules.
Can we test SHFT before we decide?
Yes. We set up a test tenant with your sample data, so you can experience SHFT on real documents and records.
